    Very sturdy device, my old grip trainer only went up to 40kg of resistance so I simply don’t have the strength to fully verify it’s upper limit but the steel spring here seems extraordinary high quality and it definitely exceeds my old 40kg grip trainer’s difficulty when I screw the resistance of the spring to the 150kg max setting the spring barely extends ensuring maximum tension and strength has to be exerted in order to complete a full rep the only teeny tiny downside is that the rep counter’s reset requires you to tick it over 99 to reset it back to 100 but as long as you just manually count the clicks and don’t rely on the repcounter the rep clicker is still pretty good and gives both a tactile and audible click to indicate you completed a rep at this price point it’s the best price/quality that easily blows competitors like gorilla sports’ hand trainer out the water. Excellent product

    It arrived quickly and is as described, except that the lowest grip strength setting is way more than 5kg. It’s actually closer to 12kg. Something to bear in mind if you need the low setting. The rep counter works, but resetting it is fiddly and not easy to do. Good for the price. I got the 5 to 100kg version.

    I feels reasonably well built – Its VERY tough on the lowest setting so doesn’t give much of a starting point for weaker grip. The counter works well and its what it says it is. Just not sure on the 5kg min as I’ve used standard grip strenth unit before and either my hands are a lot weaker or this units starting point is high.

    I got the 5-100kg but the system on it can sometimes screw up not sure how but there’s times where having it at the base 5kg and it feels like it’s at 40kg and times when I set it to 5kg and it’s actually at 5kg. I mean I set it to max and relower it 5kg whenever I think it’s off and that usually fixes it but if I just go from my regular 50kgs down to 5kgs the difference is basically nothing when it’s in a screwed up state. All in all the price vs function is a great buy.

    악력기는 단순해 보이지만 꾸준히 사용하면 손 근력뿐 아니라 팔뚝, 손목까지 전반적인 근지구력을 키우는 데 큰 도움이 된다. 처음에는 몇 번 쥐고 나면 손이 쉽게 피로해졌지만, 하루에 몇 세트씩 반복하다 보니 어느 순간 악력이 눈에 띄게 향상되었고, 물건을 오래 들거나 운동할 때도 힘이 덜 빠지는 느낌을 받았다. 특히 책상 위나 TV 앞에 두고 틈틈이 사용할 수 있어 부담 없이 운동 습관을 들이기에 좋으며, 스트레스가 쌓일 때 악력기를 쥐고 놓는 것만으로도 의외로 기분 전환이 되는 점이 만족스럽다.
